You just got engaged. You have your wedding date set. You have dreams of the perfect dress, an amazing venue, family and friends, and of course, beautiful photos from your wedding day. But before all of that comes engagement photos! This is the most AMAZING time for you and your photographer to get to know each other and be able to work with each other before the wedding day.

I always suggest that engagement locations, clothing, and props should reflect the couple’s style and personalities. When I discuss locations with couples, most couples think of two scenarios: 1) cityscape, or 2) nature scenery (grass, trees, etc).

But what about a third option…A HOME. Intimacy, personal touches, the LIGHT…just a few of the reasons why I love shooting indoors so much.
