Kelly and Alex | Gem Theater Wedding

This day has been a long time coming…and it came…and it was GLORIOUS. I first met Kelly and Alex and their cute pups in Detroit two years ago for their engagement session. A little thing called covid interrupted our lives in 2020 but Kelly and Alex said UH UH LOVE IS NOT CANCELLED and we’re getting married anyway. So they had a gorgeous, intimate ceremony in their backyard last year. And NOW, in 2021, we CELEBRATE! Their beautiful wedding day was jam packed with details, fabulous locations, and amazing people! We started in Greektown, moved to the Monarch Club for Alex and Kelly’s first look, and then headed around downtown Detroit to fabulous locations such as Detroit Institute of Arts, “This is Detroit” statue, Detroit’s “little flat iron building” (aka Lafayette building), and finally ending at the Gem Theater. It was an honor for me and Laura to capture their day and their LOOOOOVE!
