Huge timeline tip! While every single photo from your wedding day is equally important to tell your story, you will absolutely want and adore the photos of just you and your lover the very most. Yet, that chunk of time during the wedding day to capture just the two of you is often given the least amount of time on a wedding day timeline. I can’t stress enough how important it is to leave extra time for photos of the bride and groom and bridal party. Everything takes a little longer than expected on a wedding day, so leaving some extra time gives allowances for traffic, a forgotten bridal party member back at the church (yes, it’s happened), a quick cleaning of the wedding dress, WHATEVER may happen during the day. Future and prospective couples, I’m your girl if you need help on knowing how much time is needed for photos throughout the day!
Speaking of rock stars of great timelines, welcome to Robert and Maeve‘s beautiful day! We had a wonderful chunk of time after the ceremony to explore and take photos at St Paul on the Lake in Grosse Pointe Farms, Scarab Club, and Detroit Athletic Club before heading over to the Apparatus Room in the fabulous Detroit Foundation Hotel. Laura and I had the BEST day with Robert, Maeve, bridal party, and family and we wish them so much love and happiness! Congrats!
