progression of a baby session

We start out early in the morning because little H wakes up around 8 am and we want to catch her in between naps. Look at her go…happy…sweet…working that camera.

We’re moving quick because we all know that babies can decide they are done within about 3.5 seconds.  Wardrobe change.  After a few shots here, we are moving on.
About twenty minutes into the session, we go for another wardrobe change, but quickly realize it isn’t happening.  Rubbing of the eyes.  Wiggling around.  Fussing.  Too young to bribe and she is past the point of distractions.  So, we roll with it and get a sweet moment.

We continue to go with the flow and she takes a snoozer.
Ten minutes later, her eyes pop open and she is INSTANTLY smiling, ready for the camera again.  I proceed to take one of my VERY favorite shots of the day.
