“We are all tree people I guess!” Before the wedding, Jenny described the look and vibe of the ceremony, reception, and location of their bridal party photos. It all came down to intimacy and nature. And of course trees. Laura (my homie and second shooter) and I LOVED that trees were a huge part of their day. Her dad posed in a tree on his wedding day that we recreated. They uprooted a tree that John and his father had planted at his previous home so that it could be in their backyard. John proposed to Jenny in front of that sane tree. Their backyard wedding was just. so. lovely. Trees, decor, weather, sparkly lights…all of it perfect. Huge congratulations to John and Jenny! It was truly an honor to document such a beautiful day and the increcible love shared between these two wonderful humans!!
