Just a little smattering of what I have been up to lately…

I strongly feel that using props/accessories or themes that describe a family or individual are the best (and most fun) way to bring out personalities and relationships. These images make me so happy…just to see the love and fun between the family members. Dang it, I want pictures of my family preparing baked goods!

I know. The hair. IS FREAKING ADORABLE. I have never seen a child with so much hair…let alone a six month old!! In this week of all things gratitude, I am feeling extremely humbled and blessed. Today, I am grateful for moments-with-my-family-where-responsibility-and-stress-don’t-exist. So, in honor of that, I am stealing one of those moments and heading out of town for a little pre-Thanksgiving family time. Enjoy this week, my friends. I’ll be back on Wednesday!

I had the pleasure of meeting and learning from the fabulous Shannon Sewell last week at her workshop.
